I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
To reset the password associated with your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter the email address associated with your account at https://timedright.com/forgot-password/
2. Check your email for the password reset link.
Note that for security reasons, this link will expire after 30 minutes, and each link may only be used once. If for some reason you are unable to complete the password reset process before the link expires, you can repeat step #1 to have a new link sent to you. You should also check your Junk Mail folder, in the event that the password reset email does not appear in your inbox.
3. Click the password reset link.
You will be taken to a page that allows you to enter (and confirm) a new password to log in going forward. Note that the password entered into both fields must match, otherwise they will reset (both fields will go blank), and your password will NOT be changed.
4. Click Log In.
You will be logged into TimedRight, and can access your groups by clicking on the “Groups” tab located in the navigation bar on the left of every page. You will then be able to use the new password you chose to log in going forward.
