Our Story
TimedRight was founded by Dave Hill, a professional engineer and management consultant who had worked in senior roles across the pharmaceutical industry. Dave saw a gap — healthcare professionals needed a safe, secure, and trusted space to connect, share knowledge, and engage with the organizations that serve them. Today, TimedRight is trusted by hundreds of organizations and tens of thousands of healthcare professionals across Canada. Our goal is simple: to be the place where healthcare professionals gather and learn — communities and events, together on one platform.

Dave Hill

LinkedInDave founded TimedRight with a simple but powerful vision: bring all of healthcare together in one trusted network. A professional engineer who built his career in senior roles across technology firms and leading pharma companies, Dave developed a rare combination of operational excellence and deep commercial insight. At AstraZeneca Canada, he led the largest physician insight program in the company's history, exploring how physician values shape patient care decisions. That understanding of HCPs, combined with his passion for technology and innovation, became the foundation for TimedRight. Today he brings together the full picture — healthcare relationships, clinical expertise, technology, and AI — to build programs that consistently deliver for clients.
Krishna Choppella
AI Strategic Lead
An accomplished AI and software engineering leader with over 20 years of experience, Krishna leads TimedRight's AI strategy and execution. A published co-author of Mastering Java Machine Learning, he previously held senior roles at BAE Systems, SymphonyAI, and Smarsh.
Martijn Spronk
Application Development Lead
A backend developer and Java enthusiast specializing in building robust, scalable applications. Martijn brings deep expertise in Spring Boot, cloud-native development, and Large Language Models, with a passion for clean code and innovative architecture.
Sammy Davis-Mendelow
Mobile Lead
An experienced mobile engineer skilled in iOS and Android native development, Sammy holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Toronto. He brings a passion for thoughtful engineering and user-centred design to TimedRight's mobile experience.
Linda Lu
Medical Lead
With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Linda brings deep expertise in medical affairs, HCP engagement, and continuing education programs across diabetes, cardiometabolic health, vaccines, dermatology, and respirology. Working closely with TimedRight's customers to plan and run events and programs, Linda's hands-on approach and clinical insight consistently drive results.
Dan Gregory
Finance Lead
Behind every bold product decision is someone asking the right financial questions. Dan is that person at TimedRight — a sharp, entrepreneurial accountant who has helped build and scale multiple ventures and brings that same clarity of thinking to everything from contracts to growth planning.

Sophia is TimedRight's Customer Success Coordinator, currently studying Engineering at Western University. She brings fresh energy and a technical mindset to helping TimedRight's clients and communities succeed.
